– Entity in good standing with Secretary of State
– EIN number with IRS
– Business address- matching everywhere.
– D & B number
– Business license- if applicable

– Bank reference
– Trade/credit references
– 3 months in business
– A personal guarantee (PG) is required – minimum credit score of 600 for business account , does a hard pull (If have a 2 year established business credit history, no PG is required.)
